She specialises in social media management, advertising campaigns, event organisation, and content development, with experience gained through long-term collaborations with organisations focused on social inclusion and health promotion.

She has worked for several years in medical and scientific communication, developing digital strategies and editorial activities for complex projects. She is also involved in cultural and social design focused on wellbeing, human resources development, and change management.

Biotechnologist, Chiara holds a Master’s degree in Science Communication from Sapienza University of Rome. She specialises in content production and editorial supervision and has written for outlets such as Wired.it, Galileo.net, Scienzainrete.it, and GIMEMA Informazione. In 2022, she received the Omnibus Salute Donna Award for excellence in science communication and dissemination.

She has developed extensive experience in the design and operational management of Horizon projects, coordinating communication, dissemination, training activities, and academic events.

She contributes to the development of clear, accurate scientific narratives and to the coordination of complex editorial projects. At Con cura, she brings an evidence-based approach to content and research, strong expertise in European project management, and a specific sensitivity to inclusivity, gender equality, and social responsibility.

With a degree in philosophy and training in person-centred counselling and Narrative Medicine (ISTUD), Francesca integrates humanistic, narrative, and design-based competences into health and science communication.
She closely observes the impact of new technologies on the information ecosystem and society at large, with particular attention to misinformation, digital health, and generative AI.
She designs and delivers training programmes on doctor–patient communication, narrative medicine, medical humanities, and the ethical and socio-cultural implications of emerging technologies.

Software developer and entrepreneur with an engineering background, Alessandro combines technical, design, and management skills in the development of digital solutions. He has extensive experience in web development, platform design, and the integration of scalable technologies for companies, institutions, and complex organisations.

He has founded and co-founded several digital innovation ventures, developing a strong approach focused on code quality, modular design, and efficient process management. He has contributed to the development of digital tools and applications for research projects and European initiatives, with particular attention to the needs of healthcare professionals, researchers, and patient communities.
